Diced Shallots

Our shallots have a unique sweet onion flavor that will add complexity to any recipe. They are white to yellow in color and are washed, peeled and diced prior to being individually quick frozen. The standard size is 6mm x 6mm.

Garlic King shallots are customers use our shallots in breads, sauces, salad dressings, soups, vegetable dishes, soups, spreads, marinades, MRE’s and an array of ethnic dishes.
