Garlic King Green Onion is produced from fresh green onions, which are harvested at the peak of flavor development. The product is washed, trimmed, inspected, cut and then individually quick-frozen. Target ratio of green tops to white onion is 75%/25%. The product complies with current Good Manufacturing Practices. The product is free of extraneous and foreign material.

This product is certified Kosher , and conforms in all respects to the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and applicable State and Local laws.
