Ginger

Ginger, green to light tan in color, with the characteristic smell of fresh ginger, and an unique punguent ginger flavor. This ready to use ginger is easily incorporated into any recipe where an authenic ginger flavor is desired.

Fresh ginger is carefully cleaned, peeled, and processed. Garlic King prepares a variety of ginger products: ginger puree, minced ginger, garlic and ginger mix.

Ginger is used in sauces, salad dressings, soups, soup bases, dips, spreads, marinades, BBQ sauces, prepared entrees, and many ethnic cuisines.



Food Manufacturers and Commissaries purchase Ginger in 35 lb net weight plastic pails. A pallet can consist of 36 or 48 pails.

Food Service Distributors purchase Ginger in 2 x 4.5 lb cases (2 plastic half-gallon jars) or 6 x 2 lb cases (6 plastic quart jars).

Orders are shipped via LTL refrigerated truck direct from our San Diego plant or from one of our regional warehouses.
