Roasted Garlic, light tan to brown in color, with the characteristic roasted smell, and an unique sweet nutty garlic flavor. This ready to use garlic is easily incorporated into any recipe where a rich roasted garlic flavor is desired.

Garlic King prepares a variety of roasted garlic products.

• Dry roasted garlics: slices, minced pieces, and granulated.
• Frozen roasted garlics: whole roasted garlic cloves, slices, 3/8 inch diced pieces, small minced pieces, chunky and smooth purees.
• Shelf stable varieties of Roasted Minced Garlic and Roast Garlic Puree.

Roasted Garlic is used on pizzas, garlic breads, pasta sauces, salad dressings, garlic potatoes, soups, soup bases, dips, spreads, marinades, BBQ sauces, prepared entrees, and many ethnic cuisines.

Food Manufacturers and Commissaries purchase Roasted Garlic in 22 lb box  or 40 lb net weight plastic pails.

Food Service Distributors purchase Roasted Garlic in 2 x 4.5 lb cases (2 plastic half-gallon jars) or 6 x 2 lb cases (6 plastic quart jars).

Orders are shipped via LTL refrigerated truck direct from our San Diego plant or from one of our regional warehouses.
