IQF Raw Garlic Cloves

IQF Raw Garlic Cloves are processed from selected fresh peeled garlic, briefly blanched, and then individually quick frozen (IQF) to preserve freshness and extend shelf life until ready to use.

Variations:

• Diced 1/8” to 3/8” IQF Raw Garlic
• Sliced ½ cloves, or thin (1/8”) slice

This product is certified Kosher and meets FDA and California Department of Health limits for sulfites and potential residues left by agricultural pesticides and herbicides.

The product complies with Good Manufacturing Practice in the Federal Food, Drug. And Cosmetic Act as amended (21 CFR 110). The product is free of extraneous and foreign material.
