We have just returned from the National Frozen Pizza Institute show in Las Vegas.  It is always interesting to speak with
food professionals and what cahllenges they fast in the future.  Next we will be at the Research Chefs Association Culinology Expo in Phoenix March 17-20.  We will have our exhibit up so stop by chat and try csome of our crab cakes.
